Privacy Policy

1. The short version
This demo site collects as little as possible. The Actionfield runs entirely in your browser in this preview: your messages, settings, and thread history are stored in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to our servers.
2. What we collect on the website
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate region, and device type. This sets Google cookies; no personally identifying information is collected by us, and we don't use the data for advertising. Standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) may be kept briefly for security and capacity planning, then deleted. You can block analytics with any standard content blocker and the site works fully.
3. What we collect in the Actionfield
In this simulated preview: nothing. Conversations never leave your device. If we later connect the Actionfield to hosted models, this policy will be updated first, the change will be announced, and sending data to our servers will always be clearly disclosed in the interface.
4. Email you send us
If you write to us — for press, careers, or a community join request — we keep your email to respond to it and to maintain the community roster you asked to join. We don't sell or share contact information, ever.
5. Research participants
Data from our social-science studies is governed by separate, stricter consent agreements reviewed by our ethics board — never by this website policy. Study data is de-identified before any open release.
6. Your choices
You can clear the Actionfield's local data anytime by clearing your browser storage for this site. To have any email correspondence deleted, write to privacy@ichancellors.com.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes to this policy will be announced on this page with an updated date. Questions? privacy@ichancellors.com.
