Terms of Use
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using the iChancellor's AI website, the Actionfield, or any of our released models and datasets, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Research preview status
The Actionfield is a free scientific and educational demonstration. In this preview, model responses are simulated and provided for illustration only. Nothing in the Actionfield constitutes professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and outputs should always be independently verified.
3. Permitted use
You may use our website, models, and artifacts for research, education, evaluation, and — under their respective open licenses — commercial purposes. Released models and datasets carry their own license terms (typically Apache-2.0), which govern in case of conflict with these terms.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use our services to break the law, to harm or harass people, to generate deliberately deceptive content presented as human-authored, to attempt to re-identify participants in our research datasets, or to disrupt the operation of our systems.
5. Open artifacts and attribution
Our models, datasets, and code are released openly so they can be verified and built upon. When you publish work that uses them, we ask (and some licenses require) that you attribute the artifact and version you used.
6. No warranty
Our services and artifacts are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Research previews change, break, and get retired without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iChancellor's AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or artifacts.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the academy's services evolve; material changes will be announced on this page. Questions? Write to legal@ichancellors.com.
