The Large Action & Activity Model gives RoboMan a working memory for whole jobs, not just steps: harvest this row, then the next, pause when the truck is full, resume where it left off after charging.
On-board reasoning
A quantized Chancellor-1 8B runs entirely on the robot — no cloud tether. It reads labels, answers its operators, explains what it's doing and why, and knows when to stop and ask a human.
